The 27th Annual Floral City Strawberry Festival is coming up! Come and enjoy delicious barbeque, turkey legs, funnel cakes, yummy local seafood and of course just about everything strawberry including the most coveted Strawberry Shortcake. On Saturday, March 1st and Sunday, March 2nd head on down to Floral Park for this fun-filled festival which boasts over 125 vendors this year! There are so many amazing items you will find when you venture on down to the Floral City Strawberry Festival: pottery, copper art, hand sewn items, woodcraft, acrylics, photography and many other handmade/handcrafted items.
Ferris Farms will be on-hand with half flats and full flats of delicious Florida strawberries! Support this locally owned farm and buy a flat while you enjoy the festival. Ferris Farms has been in business within Citrus County for 75 years!
Children’s activities such as the Miss Strawberry Pageant, face painting and live entertainment will continue throughout the day. Parking is limited at the festival site. Shuttle service is provided from the Citrus County Fairgrounds for $1 per person. Admission to the festival is $3 per adult. Children 12 and under are free.
